Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use gaybkk.co. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws that apply to you, including any local laws relating to LGBTQ+ expression, community, or content in the place you access the service from.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@gaybkk.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

• AI Trip Planner — generates personalized Bangkok itineraries and suggestions based on your inputs.
• Directory — a browsable list of venues and services, including community-submitted and community-verified listings.
• Community — profiles, chat, random video chat, and nearby-people discovery, along with safety and verification tools.
• Marketplace — third-party service listings (tour guides, photographers, translators, and similar), bookings, payments, and reviews.
• Store — platform-owned digital and physical products, including tickets and merchandise.

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time, and will give notice for changes that materially reduce functionality you're already relying on.

Itineraries, venue suggestions, and routes generated by the AI Trip Planner are AI-generated and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — including opening hours, LGBTQ+-friendliness, safety conditions, or whether a place still operates. Always verify details directly with the venue and use your own judgment, especially regarding local laws and safety, before acting on a suggestion. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

To keep gaybkk.co safe, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users, or post hate speech.
• Out or attempt to identify another user's sexual orientation, gender identity, or real identity without their consent.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, or evade a suspension by creating a new account.
• Use Community features (chat, video chat, nearby discovery) to solicit anything illegal, or to exploit, scam, or endanger other users.
• Scrape, resell, or use gaybkk.co data for purposes unrelated to your own personal use of the platform.

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, at our reasonable discretion, and will generally tell you why unless doing so would compromise safety or an investigation.

Marketplace listings are created by independent third-party providers (tour guides, photographers, translators, and similar), not by gaybkk.co. Listings go through an admin-approval step, but approval isn't a guarantee of quality, availability, or safety. Bookings, payments, cancellations, and reviews are handled through the platform, and disputes between you and a provider should first be raised through our support team, who will help mediate. gaybkk.co is not a party to the underlying service agreement between you and the provider.

Store purchases (tickets, merchandise, digital or physical goods) are subject to the pricing, shipping, and return details shown at checkout for that item. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered or redeemed, except where required by law.

Verification and safety features reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. If you arrange to meet another user in person through Community or Marketplace, you do so at your own discretion and risk. We recommend meeting in public places, telling a friend your plans, and trusting your judgment over any in-app signal. gaybkk.co is not liable for the conduct of other users or third-party providers, online or in person.

You retain ownership of content you post (profile info, listings, reviews, messages). By posting it, you grant gaybkk.co a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the platform. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post.

The gaybkk.co name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are owned by Siam On Cloud Co., Ltd. and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Creating a gaybkk.co account is free. Certain Marketplace bookings and Store purchases require payment at the price shown before you confirm. We'll clearly disclose any future paid features before they apply to you.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a safety risk to others, or as required by law. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (like intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

gaybkk.co is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content, Directory listings, or Marketplace providers are accurate, safe, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, gaybkk.co and Siam On Cloud Co., Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of gaybkk.co will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team; unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect. Continuing to use gaybkk.co after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
